Our award-winning project Singing Medicine is set to be featured on BBC One’s Children in Need Rocks show on Thursday 14 November.
Singing Medicine is delivered weekly in Birmingham Children’s Hospital, Birmingham Heartlands Hospital and Warwick Hospital and gives children with life-limiting conditions the chance to take part in singing.
A few days ago the BBC visited Birmingham Children’s Hospital to film some of the Singing Medicine activity taking place. Their film will feature in the BBC’s Children in Need Rocks show, which will include performances by Gary Barlow, Kings of Leon and The Wanted.
Tune in and find out about the far-ranging and wonderful benefits that singing has on the young people involved in the project.
