Our First Love - SOLD OUT
Jeffrey Skidmore conductor
We all remember our first love! For Jeffrey and the founding members of Ex Cathedra it was the English Renaissance, a golden age in which composers created a treasury of truly inspiring choral repertoire. So it feels fitting, as we resume live concerts, to return to our first love with this programme of powerfully emotional music from Tallis, Sheppard, Byrd, Tomkins, Gibbons, and more.
We're delighted to return to Leamington Spa to give this concert as part of the Warwick & Leamington Midsummer Music Festival. With thanks to The Grimmitt Trust for its generous support of this concert.
The concert is now sold out as, working to the current social distancing guidelines, numbers are strictly limited. The festival is operating a waiting list and hope to release more tickets for this performance if and when guidance allows. If you would like to join the waiting list please click the BUY TICKETS button and follow the instructions on the festival website.
You may also like to note that we plan to promote this concert in Birmingham during the autumn.
