Buy 2+ concerts & save

There are considerable savings available if you buy tickets for 2 or more of our season concerts at the same time via the B:Music box office:

– buying 5+ tickets at the same time provides exemption from the B:Music per ticket commission worth £3.50 per ticket
– access to B:Music’s ticket exchange scheme, in case your plans change

IMPORTANT NOTES

(1) there is a temporary error with the automatic application of 5-concert discounts when booking online. The box office are awaiting a solution from the software provider. Please either go ahead with your booking and forward your booking email to info@excathedra.co.uk so we can get the difference refunded, or call to make your booking on 0121 780 3333 and the counter staff will manually correct the issue in order to charge you the correct amount. Apologies for the inconvenience. We hope to have this resolved very shortly.

(2) we miscounted, apologies. The above table matches the information in our brochure, however after printing it we realised there are actually only 6 different programmes sold by the B:Music box office in 2023-24. If you were to select two performances of Christmas Music by Candlelight or Summer Music by Candlelight at two different venues it is technically possible to save £10.50 per ticket, so we have not amended it above. We appreciate that is unlikely to be relevant to you, it is not what we intended and this was not designed to mislead: we recognise you are therefore likely to save a maximum of £9.50 per ticket. Apologies again.

Tickets for our 2023-24 season are on general sale from Tuesday 5 June 2023, 10am. Members of our Host of Angels can access priority booking via the codes we have already emailed to you.

Ticket Exchange scheme

Don’t worry if your plans change. You can exchange package tickets for the same priced seats for any other concert in our season, subject to availability.

Each original ticket must be produced and may be exchanged once free of charge; subsequent exchanges will be attract an administration charge.

To avoid long queues at the box office, tickets cannot be exchanged in the run up to performances, however you may leave your contact details for the exchange to be processed later.
