Ex Cathedra is committed to fundraising in a way that is legal, open, honest and respectful. If for any reason you are not happy with our fundraising practices and wish to make a complaint, please do not hesitate to get in touch with Sarah Abbiss, Fundraising Manager:

We aim to resolve complaints within ten working days of receipt, however, if your complaint requires further investigation, we may need more time. We will keep you informed of our progress and will aim to provide you with a full response within 28 days.

If you are not satisfied with the response you receive, your complaint will be referred to Ex Cathedra’s Board of Trustees. If you are not satisfied with this final response from us, then you can ask the Fundraising Regulator to consider your complaint by:

• Submitting your complaint through the Fundraising Regulator website
